SPE 485 Roles and Responsibilities in Special Education
This course provides an overview of the various roles and responsibilities of special education professionals. Students will examine the collaborative nature of special education teams, including teachers, support staff, families, and administrators. Topics will include legal and ethical responsibilities, the Individualized Education Program (IEP) process, and working within multidisciplinary teams to ensure student success.
