SELL 099 Accelerate U Tech Sales Orientation

This course serves as the initial step of orientation to the Technology Sales Professional Certificate program with Accelerate U. Students will be introduced to the structure of the program, student expectations and supports, and academic policies. Students will also prepare their online tools in order to have a strong start in an accelerated program. After completing this course, students will attend an orientation for the program.

This course equips learners with the foundational strategies and tools needed to succeed in a modern sales career. Students explore key sales terminology and career pathways. Students utilize sales technology including AI and data intelligence to optimize success. The course also covers the psychology of influence, customer profiling, and the development of a targeted sales funnel using multi-channel outreach strategies.

SELL 110 Advanced Sales Strategy & Execution

This course prepares students to excel in real-world sales environments by mastering the key stages of the sales process—from first contact to closing deals. Students will develop proficiency in generating new business leads and running sales meetings using proven sales frameworks and methodologies. The course concludes with guidance on maintaining motivation, fostering a strong sales mindset, collaborating within teams, and preparing for a professional externship experience.

SELL 200 Sales Internship

During the Sales Internship, students are employed by an Accelerate U Employer Partner and work collaboratively as members of a sales team. The internship experience enables students to hone their subject matter expertise and the leadership skills they have developed throughout the program. Students are supported to utilize their internship as an opportunity to take the next steps in their sales career.
