DBA 650 Organizational Behavior
This course analyzes the individual, interpersonal, and collective processes and behaviors in organizations, using an interdisciplinary approach. Students review theory, research, and practice in organizational behavior to assess situations in organizations and address contemporary managerial issues. Note: All students in the DBA program are required to maintain employment throughout this program in order to successfully complete this course. Students’ employment/practical training is integral to all DBA courses, through class discussions, assignments, and reflection on practical application of this degree.
