EDL 572 Internship Seminar III: Demonstrating School Leadership Competence

This course serves as the culminating forum for evaluating leadership competencies and conducting the final assessment of candidates in the M.Ed. or Ed.S. in Educational Leadership programs. Candidates demonstrate their leadership knowledge, skills, and dispositions through a formal interview and comprehensive capstone case analyses, integrating content from all prior coursework as well as applicable national and state leadership standards. The assessment evaluates candidates' presentation abilities and their mastery of the program curriculum through a formal interview, alongside a final examination comprising multiple-choice and constructed-response components.
