ORG 400 Innovation in Action: Disruptive Thinking to Design Thinking

Innovation is not magic, it’s a structured process. This course explores two complementary lenses for driving innovation: disruptive thinking, which helps identify where and why change is needed, and design thinking, which provides a human-centered process for developing solutions. Students gain practical experience applying both frameworks to real organizational and community challenges, building the analytical and creative skills needed to move from problem recognition to actionable solutions.
