RLL 566A Teacher Leadership: School Change Seminar I

This course prepares educators for the multifaceted role of teacher leaders and instructional coaches. Participants construct a deep understanding of instructional leadership while mastering communication structures to articulate early literacy interventions and comprehensive literacy to diverse audiences. The curriculum examines theories of systemic change within school environments and explores the foundational qualities of reflective practice. Participants will acquire practical strategies to facilitate adult learning, support effective instructional processes, and drive collaborative school improvement.
