MTH 102H Honors Applied Statistics

An introduction to statistical thinking focused on the effective communication of insights gained from data using spreadsheets and the use of such insights to inform evidence-based decisions. Topics include organizing, summarizing, and visualizing data; probability; sampling distributions; regression analysis; parameter estimation; and hypothesis testing. This honors version of the course will include more in-depth discovery and may include additional topics.
