KCUL 180 Internship II

This enhancement course offers a supervised 300-hour internship at an approved industry site, allowing students to apply and refine the culinary knowledge and technical skills gained throughout the program. Emphasis is placed on professional competence, workplace values, and career-readiness behaviors. Building upon the standard internship experience, this course provides an advanced, real-world opportunity to strengthen mastery and promote professional growth. Students must maintain a minimum average score of 3 out of 5 on supervisor evaluations.
