RES 430 Graduate Development Seminar II
The Graduate Development Seminar II is a 10-week co-requisite course designed to build on the content of RES 420 (Seminar I) to continue support for students registered for graduate level courses within National Louis University. This integrated course serves to strengthen scholarly writing, research literacy, current APA edition proficiency, and ethical communication skills essential to graduate-level counseling work. In addition, the students will explore their identity development based on Erik Erikson's model of human development. Students will develop the ability to locate, evaluate, and integrate peer-reviewed research into professional writing that demonstrates ethical reasoning, cultural awareness, and theoretical understanding.
