MBA 507 Creativity and Business Innovation

This course equips students with human-centered design thinking and AI-augmented innovation skills to identify and solve complex business challenges. Grounded in the five discovery skills of disruptive innovators — Questioning, Observing, Networking, Experimenting, and Associating — students challenge industry assumptions, conduct stakeholder research, and generate evidence-based solutions. Embracing a "Cyborg" leadership approach, students leverage generative AI alongside uniquely human judgment and empathy. Working in interdisciplinary teams, students investigate real-world challenges, prototype solutions, and deliver a 90-day implementation roadmap to business leadership.
