CSS 250 Fundamentals of Cloud Computing
This course introduces cloud computing from both business and technical perspectives. Students will learn about the core concepts, architectures, and operational models that underpin modern cloud platforms. The course builds a strong conceptual and theoretical foundation for designing, provisioning, securing, monitoring, and optimizing cloud services to deliver scalable, reliable, and cost-effective computing. Students examine the evolution from on-premises infrastructure to virtualized and cloud-native systems, learning how elasticity, resource pooling, automation, and managed services transform how organizations build and operate applications.
