SEC 411A Culturally Responsive Pedagogy in Secondary English/Practicum Field Experience

The Practicum Field Experience course is designed to provide teacher candidates an opportunity to apply theoretical and pedagogical knowledge in a classroom setting. By integrating a virtual coaching model with practical field experience, teacher candidates assume instructional responsibilities with the guidance and support from both a Mentor Teacher and a University Field Coach. Two days per week for a minimum of 120 field hours are required.
