The Ed.D. degree in the Educational Leadership Program at the 600-level with a major in Educational Leadership & Administration prepares candidates for instructional, operational, organizational, and ethical leadership roles in school districts and other complex educational systems. In Florida, candidates who complete the 600-level Ed.D. major in Educational Leadership & Administration may take the Florida Educational Leadership Examination and earn their certification in Educational Leadership, which is the certification for the principalship in Florida.
