LAP 526 Psychology of Organizational Leadership
This course is an in-depth study of the psychological theories associated with organizational leadership. The course emphasizes traditional theories such as trait, behavior, and contingency, as well as more contemporary theories such as leader-member exchange theory and implicit, transformational, and transactional leadership. Students also examine the importance of gender, culture, morality, and other factors in leadership. Pre-requisite(s): Graduate standing; or permission of Program Chair or designate.
