CIH 585H WS/Humanities Education/Integrating Movement Throughout the Curriculum

This workshop introduces teachers to a variety of ways they can utilize dance in their curricula, expanding teacher proficiency in arts integration strategies and methodology. Emphasis is on developing and utilizing arts integrated lesson plans and activities that establish connections between the applied skills and disciplines used in dance and the applied skills and disciplines taught in reading. Prerequisite(s): None. 1-2 semester hours
